自2023年7月1日（「生效日期」）起，本公司將修訂《退出辦法》，規定在生效日期或以後所購買之貨品，如於購貨發票發出日起之14天內退回，本公司 會以獨立經銷商價格九折收回貨品；如於購貨發票發出日起之60天內退回，本公司會以獨立經銷商價格七折收回貨品。唯本公司退回貨款時(14 天或60 天的退貨），都會因應貨品退回時之狀況及已經繳付之獨立經銷商利潤，適當扣除相關款項。自購貨發票發出日起60天後，絕不接受退貨。
如您在生效日期或以後繼續保留獨立經銷商資格，您將被視為接納修訂後的條款與細則。如您不接納修訂後的條款與細則，您可選擇在生效日期之前根據原有條款與細則退出獨立經銷商行列。如有任何查詢，請致電本公司客戶服務部(852)2387-9555。
經修訂後的《退出辦法》將於生效日期起上載於本公司網站 (https://bv-net.com.hk)和列印於更新的《獨立經銷商營業守則》供獨立經銷商參閱。 如本通知的中英文版本有歧義，概以英文版本為準。
With effect from 1 July 2023 (the “Effective Date”), the Company will amend the “Exit Arrangements” to provide that if any products purchased on or after the Effective Date are returned within 14 days from the date of purchase (i.e. the date of the invoice), the Company will pay back 90% of the distributor purchase price subject to the condition of the products returned, and the deduction of the independent distributor’s profit. If any products purchased on or after the Effective Date are returned within 60 days from the date of purchase (i.e. the date of the invoice), the Company will pay back 70% of the distributor purchase price subject to the condition of the products returned, and the deduction of the independent distributor’s profit. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase.
If you continue to be an Independent Distributor on or after the Effective Date, you will be deemed to have accepted the said revised terms and conditions. If you do not accept the said revised terms and conditions, you may give up Independent Distributorship under the original terms and conditions prior to the Effective Date.
