本公司近日獲悉有某本地媒體機構（下稱「該媒體機構」）在多個網上新聞平台上發布了一系列專題文章（下稱「該文章」），內容描述一宗據稱發生於本公司業務地址內的招聘騙局。
本公司強調該文章包含虛假、誹謗性及完全沒有根據的陳述和指控。該媒體機構惡意且錯誤地將參與詐騙計劃、層壓式推銷活動及非法招聘等行為完全歸咎於本公司、僱員及代表。該文章亦蓄意使本公司遭受公眾仇恨、蔑視和嘲笑，從而對本公司的聲譽、商業地位和業務利益造成嚴重且不可彌補的損害。
本公司斷然否認與該文章所述事件有任何關聯、聯繫或牽涉。所有暗示本公司參與詐騙活動、層壓式推銷或非法招聘行為的指控均屬毫無根據及具誹謗性。本公司強調，本公司與其獨立分銷商之間並不存在任何僱傭關係，而本公司的角色亦只限於產品的供應商。
就此，本公司已採取積極的正面行動，亦已指示本公司的法律代表立即對負責發布該文章的該媒體機構展開法律訴訟，控告誹謗，以尋求實質性賠償、禁制令救濟及所有其他適當的法律補救措施。
本公司絕不容忍未經授權人士作出的虛假指控，並企圖損害本公司聲譽及詆毀本公司的僱員或代表的行為。本公司承諾全面配合執法機關就該涉嫌事件進行任何調查，並會積極運用所有可行的法律補救措施，追究任何發起、發布或傳播有關本公司誹謗性材料的個人或實體的責任。
發布本公告旨在保護及維護本公司的聲譽、澄清本公司就該等虛假指控的立場，以及防止公眾對本公司合法業務營運產生混淆或誤解。

Our company has been made aware of a series of articles (the “Articles”) recently published on various online news platforms by a certain local media organisation (the “Media”), which purports to describe an alleged fraudulent recruitment incident reportedly took place at the business address of our company.
Our company emphasizes that the Articles contain statements and allegations that are false, defamatory, and completely unfounded. The Media maliciously and wrongfully imputed involvement in fraudulent schemes, pyramid selling operations, and unlawful recruitment practices to our company, our employees, and representatives. The Articles also deliberately incite public hatred, contempt and ridicule towards our company, thereby causing serious and irreparable harm to our company’s reputation, commercial standing, and business interests.
Our company categorically denies any association, connection, or involvement with the incident described in the Articles. All allegations suggesting our company’s participation in fraudulent activities, pyramid schemes, or illegal recruitment practices are entirely baseless and defamatory. Our company emphasises that no employment relationship exists between our company and our independent distributors, with our company’s role being strictly limited to that of a supplier of products.
Accordingly, our company has taken proactive and positive actions and has instructed our legal representatives to commence immediate legal actions against the Media who is responsible for publishing the Articles, on grounds of defamation, with the aim of seeking substantial damages, injunctive relief, and all other appropriate legal remedies.
Our company will not tolerate false accusations made by unauthorised parties, nor attempts to damage our company’s reputation or to defame our employees, or representatives. Our company is committed to fully cooperating with law enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to the alleged incidents and will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies against any person or entity responsible for originating, publishing, or disseminating defamatory materials concerning our company.
This announcement is published to protect and vindicate our company’s reputation, clarify our company’s position regarding these false allegations, and prevent public confusion or misapprehension regarding our company’s legitimate business operations.
